Services
Individual Therapy Treatments Provided:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Research has shown that CBT can dramatically improve the well-being of those with an wide range of psychological problems. CBT is based on the idea that we can significantly improve how we feel by changing the way that we see the world and how we act within it.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
DBT skills have been proven to help those who have big emotions, difficult relationships, and generally feel lost. In DBT skills training, our clinicians will teach you the core skills that make DBT such an effective treatment, and problem-solve how to incorporate these new skills into your daily life.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
CPT is a treatment for those who have experienced something traumatic that has changed the way they see themselves, the world, or the future. With CPT, our clinicians can gently navigate you to a better understanding of what happened to you, as well as, how you can effectively move forward.
Couples Therapy
Do you and your partner feel like you’re having the same fight over and over again? Do you feel disconnected from one another, like you’re not on the same team? In couples therapy, we help you understand how each individual is contributing to your relationship dynamic. We figure out the patterns of the past that couples are recreating today, and learn new methods of communication to create a new course for your relationship’s future.
Group Therapy
Coming soon! You are not alone, there are often others who are struggling just like you. In group therapy, clinicians provide psychoeducation while the other patients provide support, validation, and encouragement. Types of groups to look out for in the near future include: DBT skills, CPT for trauma, and interpersonal process groups.
